Commonly called Showy Goldenrod.

A superior native and an essential pollinating plant for late-season bees and insects! Flowering well into October each fall, Solidago speciosa features tall flower stalks with large, showy yellow flower clusters atop each one. Mature plants can reach up to 48" tall. This is a good variety of Goldenrod for those looking to add its benefits to their garden while keeping a neat, tidy and maintained look.

While sometimes thought of as a weed, solidago is one of the most crucial native plants to include in your landscape, as native bees rely on their nectar as a food source into October well after most other flowers have faded for the year.
