The BloomBox Plant Guarantee
BloomBox guarantees the quality and growth success of any live plant or shrub until the end of the calendar year (December 31st).
Plant guarantees are offered on items with selling prices over $10. We do reserve the right to refuse a guarantee in some instances.
Refunds & Returns
BloomBox does not currently offer returns, however we do occasionally offer refunds if customers feel that the quality of their plants were not as advertised. These refunds are honored on a case-by-case basis and are not always guaranteed. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. To inquire about your order quality, contact our team.
No refunds will be issued for purchasing plants early in the season.
Emerging Plants vs Fully Grown Plants
Plants are like people, they grow and change with time. We do not force our plants to look perfect just to sell (like big box retailers do) this leads to weak plants and usually results to the plant's demise. Almost all of our perennial crops are planted the previous year and allowed to overwinter to fill out the pots. Weather plays a large factor with size. A snowy Mother's Day weekend, for example, can lead to smaller plants in May. Plant them and you will be pleasantly surprised what two weeks can do!
On rare occasions, we do miss an item when packing orders. Because all orders are hand-delivered by our staff, we are unable to replace a missing item from your order. Our policy is to refund you for the missing item. If you are missing an item when you receive your order, please notify us via our contact page.
Cold Temperatures & Spoilage
We do NOT offer refunds for items that have been purchased and are damaged due to frost after they are delivered. If you purchase items during cold months, its your responsibility to cover them and keep them protected. We DO offer refunds for unhealthy, damaged or dead plants not related to frost, and we offer refunds on items over $10 that die within the calendar year (see above).
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Evidence of coupon fraud, rudeness to our customer service staff or repetitive service issues are several examples that our team will not allow.
