  2. During business hours (9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday), our customer solution seekers will gladly answer your questions via our Live Chat feature. Yes, they really are real! Occasionally, we might be helping in the warehouse, but our primary goal is to help you with your purchase. If we're away from the desk when you reach out, we'll be sure to follow-up with you!
