Pay:

• Lancaster, PA: $15/hour plus tips. Tips range from $3-$8 per hour on top of hourly rate, for a maximum pay of up to $23/hour
• Baltimore, MD: $17/hour plus tips. Tips range from $3-$8 per hour on top of hourly rate, for a maximum pay of up to $25/hour

Job duties:

This position is ‘The Face of BloomBox’ and will be the main point of contact with customers. This position is full time (40 hours per week) and This position pays $18/hour plus tips.

Candidates must:

• Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
• Be an excellent communicator- both through typing and on the phone (if needed.)
• Be proficient in apple hardware, and have a basic understanding of website back ends, routing software, inventory systems and/or willingness and ability to learn.

• Assist customers while they are shopping: offer suggestions, answer questions about plants/products, and fix errors with customer accounts or delivered orders.
• Answer live-chats, emails, and phone calls from customers.
• Manage workflow: Ensure errors are sent to appropriate team members for resolution.
• General administrative tasks: bills payable, route setup, office management.

BloomBox is seeking a Box Truck Driver for our Baltimore, MD location. This position will be responsible for driving a box truck to pick up plant inventory on a daily basis. This is a flex position that will work 40-50 hours per week during peak times and 20 hours per week during the remainder of the year. This position does not require a CDL license.

Pay:

• $20 per hour base pay, plus tips. Tips are pooled company wide and will range from $4-$8 additionally per hour for a potential pay of up to $28 per hour.

Candidates must:

• Be able to regularly lift 50-60 pounds.
