Native to Europe, this interesting early spring herbaceous perennials is a clump-forming perennial that features erect bell-shaped flowers in wonderful shades of lilac-blue. Center of flowers feature yellow stamens. Flowers are cross-pollinated by early emerging bees and flies and provide a good nectar source to them when most other plants have not begun to flower yet. Flowers reach only 1 inch tall. They are some of the first to emerge in our area, in early March along with hellebores, snowdrops and early bulbs.

Plant in full sun in average soil. Low maintenance. Arrives to you in a gallon-sized pot.

Please note- this plant is an ephemeral- it will die completely back into the ground during this growing season.
