Alocasia imperial red.

An attractive houseplant or summer annual noted for it's upright elephant-ear leaves and deep red stems. Alocasia are native to tropical regions of the world, and are some of the easiest tropical/indoor plants to care for. Alocasias do well if moved outdoors in May through October, and will acclimate well as a houseplant in the cold months. They are tolerant to about 45 degrees. They prefer indirect light and should be placed in a shady area if moved outside.
