Commonly called Candelabra Primrose. An excellent perennial choice to add bold and vibrant color to shade gardens. Attractive clusters of vibrant hot pink flowers with golden hearts appear in early spring- blooms from late March through April. Foliage is bright green. Primrose are extremely cold tolerant and can withstand temperatures below freezing, making them a good choice for early plantings.
