A classic hot pepper that is perfect for adding heat to sauces, drying, or fresh use. Cayenne ‘Long Thin’ produces slender, elongated peppers that mature from green to bright red, typically 4–6 inches long with a thin wall and smooth skin. The flavor is moderately hot with a clean, sharp heat.

Plants are upright and productive, growing about 18–24 inches tall and 12–18 inches wide. Best grown in full sun with well-drained soil. Harvest can begin when green or left to fully ripen red for maximum heat. Excellent for drying, crushing into flakes, or using fresh in cooking.
