1 Organic Jalapeno pepper - Elongated fruits with shiny green skin. Nice citrusy flavor and a good amount of heat. Excellent addition to all sorts of dishes.

1 Organic Hatch Green Chili - Southwestern-style Anaheim pepper harvested green for stuffing and red for hot salsas. Productive variety that ranges from 500-2500 scovilles depending on stage.
