Monarda 'Fireball'

This compact, clump forming bee balm provides masses of scarlet-red colored blooms. Blooming from mid to late summer, 'Fireball' is essential in attracting birds, butterflies and hummingbirds to your garden. 

As a dwarf variety, this bee balm is perfect for containers, the front of borders and smaller gardens. Add mass plantings for a striking display and use the flowers for cutting or drying. Plant in full sun with moist, well drained soils for best results. 

Monarda is a vigorous grower and spreads easily. Divide plants every couple of years. Cut plants down to the ground after flowering to promote healthy new growth.
