Lamium maculatum

‘Orchid Frost’ or Spotted Dead Nettle is loved for its attractive foliage and spring blooms. You can expect stunning silvery-green leaves with green margins and large orchid-pink flowers in spring to early summer. Repeat bloomer!

Tolerant of dry shade, once established. Trim or mow back hard in late winter. Deer and rabbit resistant. 

Perfect to mass plant at the front of borders. Lamium makes an excellent, weed-smothering groundcover and is also a good mask for dying bulb foliage! Vigorous grower but noninvasive. Also works well to cover slopes and banks of your landscape.
