Commonly called Candytuft.

Iberis is a low-growing, woody based perennial that is commonly used as a showy ground cover or border plant in cottage gardens. It blooms a carpet of small white flowers in early spring the die off by mid May. Fairly cool tolerant and also tolerant of rabbits and deer. Evergreen for most, or all of the year if above zone 6a. Arrives to you in a quart-sized container as shown in last photo.
