Hydrangea quercifolia 'Munchkin'

An Oakleaf variety, 'Munchkin' is easily recognizable by the dusky pink of the rounded cone-shaped blooms. One of the more compact Hydrangeas, this is a great understated feature piece for smaller yards.

'Munchkin' is very adaptable to a variety of soil types but does need good drainage and it prefers a little shade during the heat of the day.

A native Hydrangea, 'Munchkin' spreads via suckers and can be left to naturalize or remove suckers as they appear to keep them neat. Great blooms for cut and dried flower arrangements as they start out compact and white then age to their deeper pink.

Arrives to you in a 1 gallon pot.
