Heucherella x. 'Sweet Tea'

Heucherella, also known as "Foamy Bells," is the love child of Heucheras and Tiarellas, They have the disease resistance of Tiarellas with the colorful foliage of Heucheras. They are also more shade and moisture tolerant than Heucheras.

Heucherella is a shade-tolerant perennial that may be grown in rock gardens, borders, open woodland gardens, rocky slopes, or native plant areas. It is best planted in groups or masses. It's a beautiful, showy perennial that attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.

Heucherella is best grown in medium moisture, well-drained soils in sun to part shade. Performs well in full sun, but prefers some shade (particularly in the heat of the afternoon).  Remove stems of faded flowers to encourage additional bloom.  Expect repeat blooms until frost.

'Sweet Tea' features "tea-like" colored foliage in shades of orange, apricot, blush and tinges of gold with a dark patterned veining.  Foliage darkens in summer and lightens in fall. Flowers are white and appear in late spring to summer.

Consider pairing with Carex, Iris, Phlox, Hellebores, Hosta, Heuchera, and other varieties of Heucherella.

Arrives to you in a quart-sized container.
