Hemionitis arifolia

Indoor ferns are traditionally difficult houseplants to grow, and the Hearts Fern, named for is heart-shaped leaves, is no exception. However, it makes an excellent choice for terrariums and fairy gardens.

Native to southeast Asia, these ferns are noted for their bright, shiny green leaves with deep lobes and dark brown wire-like stems. Small white hairs hang off the stems, giving this plant a velvety feel.

Water Requirements: Regular- water once per week.
Soil Requirements: Light and well draining. 5.6-6.0 PH. Ensure pot has drainage or keep planted in a well draining nursery pot and place inside of ceramic decorative pot.
Humidity: High- mist on a regular basis.
Temperature Requirements: Thrives between 60 and 80 degrees.
