Geranium × cantabrigiense

This perennial geranium has beautiful pink and white flowers covering the top of the foliage when in bloom throughout late spring into summer. Delightful aromatic low-spreading mounds of fragrant foliage turn red in the fall making this a garden pleasure year-round.

'Biokovo' typically grows 6-10" high and features masses of 5-petaled white flowers (3/4" diameter) which are tinged with pink at the base of each petal (pink throat-like centers) and which have pronounced pink stamens. The overall flower effect is that of a very pale pink geranium. Grows in full sun to light shade and tolerates most soil types. This garden favorite attracts pollinators and will quickly become one of your favorite go-to perennials for low-growing blooms. It spreads heartily but is easy to control.

This cultivar was a naturally occurring hybrid which was discovered in the Biokova Mountains in Croatia. Perfect for the front of mixed borders or to use as a showy groundcover when mass planted.

Arrives to you in a quart-sized container.
