Gardenia jasminoides 'Frostproof'

A highly fragrant and evergreen shrub, 'Frostproof' sports white blooms from early to late summer. Re-blooming can be assisted further by removing the spent flowers. 

This is native to Southern China and Japan, ideal for containers or hedges, and it makes for great cut flowers! When growing outdoors in a colder climate, be sure to plant in a protected location. 

When growing in a container indoors, Frostproof needs bright light, moderate temperatures, high humidity, and well-drained acidic soil.  Move your container outdoors in the warmer summer months as well.
