Adiantum venustum 

The Himalayan maidenhair fern (Adiantum venustum) is a graceful, deciduous fern prized for its delicate, lacy fronds and fine texture. To grow Himalayan maidenhair fern, plant in partial to full shade with humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil. It thrives in consistently damp conditions but does not tolerate waterlogging.
