Native wildflower to the eastern United States!

Often called Bleeding Heart, this dicentra is the straight-species, native cultivar of the beloved garden plant. Often found in natural woodland areas, it features light, blue-green feathery foliage and clusters of light pink/purple flowers that resemble heart shapes. This variety can bloom continuously throughout most of the growing season from early spring until fall, unlike many other cultivars. Excellent choice for shady and woodland gardens.
