A compact selection of delphinium, this variety produces sturdy flower spikes covered in rich dark blue blooms, often accented with a small contrasting “bee” at the center. The densely packed flowers rise above a tidy mound of deeply cut green foliage, offering a more manageable size than traditional tall delphiniums.

Reaching about 24–36 inches tall and spreading 12–18 inches wide, it is well-suited for borders, mixed beds, and container plantings. Blooms in early to mid-summer, with potential for a second flush if spent flowers are removed. Prefers full sun to light shade and consistently moist, well-drained soil.
