Campanula poscharskyana 'Blue Waterfall'

Campanula poscharskyana, commonly called Serbian Bellflower, is a short, mounding groundcover with a sprawling habit approximately 4-10" tall. This variety has wonderful cascades of cool-blue bell-shaped flowers that tend to pour out by the second year of growth.

Campanula are versatile perennials that provide a wide range of colors, shapes and uses. These plants often provide long bloom times and are easy to care for. Plant in full sun to part shade for the best color. Average, well-drained garden soil is preferred, but they also do well in clay soils. Cut back by about one third after flowering to refresh the foliage. This long-blooming beauty is beneficial to pollinators and is also rabbit resistant. 

An excellent groundcover choice, Bellflowers do well in containers and make lovely cut flowers. Plant with Coreopsis for an added striking color contrast in the garden.
