Classic green Brussels Sprouts are a delicious addition to meals when roasted or sautéed. This variety features green stalks and sprouts which can be harvested about 6-8 weeks from planting.

Harvest Brussels Sprouts from the bottom up when they are firm and approximately 1" across. 'Jade Cross' has great flavor, but the best and sweetest Brussels are harvested after going through a few frosts, so wait until May to harvest if possible.
