Top Hat is one of the smaller varieties of Blueberry that is perfect for small gardens or large containers. Once established, this perky little blueberry produces fruit early after spring bloom. The crops are preceded by delicate white bell-shaped flowers tucked in amongst the leaves and in the fall the deep green foliage turns a bright red before it sheds its leaves for winter.

You can expect fruit by the third year after planting and while these are self-pollinating, companion planting with other varieties that share bloom time will encourage more and larger super sweet fruit.
