Agastache 'Purple Haze'

A cold hardy and native hummingbird mint variety with beautiful,  smoky dark blue-violet flowers on graceful spikes. Its blooms never seem to stop from July until the first frost. Attracts bees and butterflies.

One of the easiest and most gratifying perennials to grow and add to that late summer color in your garden. Goldfinches love their seed! The better the soil drainage, the happier the plant. Scented foliage is good for flavoring drinks and drying. Deer tend to leave  'Purple Haze' alone. 

If you'd like to restrict the height of this tall perennial, pinch back its blue-green foliage in spring before the flower buds are formed. Perfect for sunny borders, cottage gardens or butterfly gardens. Effective near patios and along walkways.
