Iberis sempervirens 'Snowdrift'

Candytuft ‘Snowdrift’ features masses of pristine white flowers that bloom from mid-spring into late summer. Its cheerful blooms sit above a compact, evergreen mound of glossy green foliage, creating a long-lasting display that brightens borders, rock gardens, and containers.  

This versatile candytuft has a low, mounding habit that typically reaches about 5–8″ tall with a spread of 9–12″, making it ideal for edging, groundcover, or small planting spaces. It thrives in full sun to part shade with well-drained soil and performs well in a range of garden conditions.

Commonly used as a groundcover or border plant in cottage and rock gardens. Cold hardy and generally deer and rabbit resistant. Evergreen to semi-evergreen, with best winter foliage retention in milder climates (Zones 6–9). Prune lightly right after blooming to maintain a tidy habit; otherwise, leave plants alone in fall and early spring.
