Achillea millefolium 'Milly Rock Rose'

Commonly known as yarrow, 'Milly Rock Rose' is a shorter more compact Achillea. This herbaceous perennial grows 10-12" tall. Pretty rose-pink blooms arrive from early summer to early fall (June - September) on stems that have a finely cut fern-like foliage. Flowers will fade to a soft pink as they age.

Plant Achillea in full sun with average garden soil and good drainage. This plant will tolerate poor soils if the drainage is good.  After the initial flowering, this plant benefits from being cut back and will bloom again. The flowers are beautiful in both fresh and dried arrangements.  Deer resistant, drought tolerant and great for air pollution, this is the perfect addition to any home garden. Butterflies love the fragrant flowers as well.

An excellent plant when used in cottage, rock and prairie gardens. Daylilies, Coneflowers, Kniphofia and Salvia make great companion plants in the perennial border.

Arrives to you in a quart-sized container.
