Athyrium angustum forma rubellum 'Ghost' 

This taller fern produces apple-green fronds, which are frosted with silvery-white on dark stems. This is a great fern to brighten up a shade garden. This fern forms an upright clump that is perfect for the middle of the border.

It's easy to grow and prefers rich, medium to wet, well-drained soil. Terrific in containers, as a ground cover, and for woodland gardens. Frond color is best when planted in part shade. Leaves may be trimmed to the ground in late fall or early spring. Plants are easily divided in spring, every 3 to 4 years.
