Achillea millefolium 'Moonshine'

Commonly known as yarrow, the upright habit and yellow blooms of ‘Moonshine’ make it a favorite in any perennial border. Bright yellow blooms are 2-4" across and arrive from June to September on stems that have a finely cut green-gray foliage.

Plant Achillea in full sun with average garden soil and good drainage. This plant will tolerate poor soils if the drainage is good.  After the initial flowering, this plant benefits from being cut back and will bloom again. The flowers are beautiful in both fresh and dried arrangements.  Deer resistant, drought tolerant and great for air pollution, this is the perfect addition to any home garden.

Flowers and foliage form dense clusters when mass planted, making it ideal for full coverage of areas of your garden. An excellent plant when used in cottage, rock and prairie gardens, mass planted or along borders. Lavender, Perovskia, Nepeta, Salvia and Sedum make great companion plants in the perennial border.

Arrives to you in a quart-sized pot, as shown in photo 4.
