As pretty as they are tasty, this variety of Swiss chard produces colorful stems with attractive foliage. Great for sauteing with olive oil, eating raw or steamed. Leaves are edible from top to cut stem bottom. 

Highly nutritious, the leaves taste a lot like spinach, but this plant is a member of the beet family. Loves full sun and cool weather tolerant. Leaves and stalks can be harvested about 6 weeks from planting.
