You will commonly find it planted outdoors in gardens from Florida and Texas well into Central and South America. 

In our region, its grown as a houseplant and is a reliable and easy to grow one at that! Enjoy large, fast growing leaves that are deep green with vibrant streaks of lime. Thrives in bright light and should be watered once ever 2 weeks for best success. Be sure to give it plenty of room to grow as it's a fast grower.
