Salvia lyrata 

Commonly called cancer weed or lyre-leaved sage, this native perennial features lavender-blue 1" flowers on upright stems above the foliage. Expect blooms from mid-late spring (April - June). 

Plant in full sun with medium to wet, well-drained soil. This mint family salvia is very attractive to bees and butterflies. An excellent choice for native plant and cottage gardens. Use in borders or in moist areas along streams and banks. 

Native to the Eastern and Central United States.

Arrives to you in a quart-sized pot.
