Prunus laurocerasus 'Otto Luyken'

Commonly called Cherry Laurel. Similar to its more popular relative, the Skip laurel, Otto Luyken features incredibly green, dark wavy foliage, white flowers, and extreme reliability, but in a smaller growth habit than the Skip Laurel. It grows to about 4 feet tall and wide and is an excellent foundation shrub for almost any garden.

White creamy blooms will happen in early May and fade away over the summer. Thrives in full sun to part shade and can be planted in the most average of soils. Cherry laurels do require some pruning in order to keep their habit even.
