Commonly called Ninebark.

One of the most red ninebarks available! Deep red, almost maroon foliage provides year-long color and depth in your garden. Foliage is deeply serrated. Clusters of pink-white flowers appear in summer and give way to beautiful berry clusters in fall. Mature plants produce an interesting, peeling bark. 

Prefers moist and slightly acidic soil. Does well in most light conditions, so long as it get's at least 4 hours of sun. Responds well to heavy fall pruning.
