This pak choi has been grown in Asia for centuries. 'Mei Qing Choi' is a compact vase-like variety that grows to about 8-10" tall. It has thick stems and glossy green leaves that are ideal for growing in containers.
Packed with nutrition, this plant has a mild, sweet, tender flavor. Excellent in stir-fry or as a side dish that is sauteed or roasted.
