1 Organic Chamomile - Expect good yields of small, sweet smelling, diasy like flowers. tea made from these flowers aids in digestion and acts as a gentle sleep inducer. Flowers are edible and can be used to garnish salads, deserts and drinks.

1 Organic Lemon Balm - Distinct lemon flavor. Fresh leaves can be used in teas and salads. Easy to grow.

1 Organic Holy Basil - Also known as Tulsi. Considered a sacred plant in the Hindu religion. Classified as an 'adaptogen', which helps us adapt mentally and physically to stressful situations.

1 Organic Lavender - Masses of fragrant, intense purple-blue blossoms atop bushy mounds of silver-green foliage form midsummer through early fall. Intensely fragrant flowers. Dried flowers are widely used in potpurri and arrangements.

1 Organic Mint - Wonderful flavor and aroma. The lightly toothed leaves are a great addition to desserts, lemonades and teas.
