Magnolia grandiflora 'Victoria'

'Victoria' is a cold-tolerant southern magnolia tree thats known to thrive in the northern parts of the country. It grows in a dense habit with large, glossy green leaves that have a velvety brown underside.  In spring, large, soft, white blossoms will appear and have a distinct lemon scent.

Plant Victoria in full sun and leave adequate spacing at mature trees can grow to 20 feet tall and 10-12 feet wide. Water often to establish.
