Leucanthemum × superbum

'Alaska' is long-lasting, cold hardy, and free flowering, single white daisy-like blooms with yellow centers combined with its lush, leathery, green foliage make ‘Alaska’ a must for any sunny border! 

'Alaska' grows 2-3' tall on rigid stems which do not require staking. Features 3" diameter single flower heads with coarsely-toothed, lance-shaped, dark green leaves. Long mid to late summer bloom period.  Divide plants every 2 to 3 years to maintain vigor. Remove faded flowers to extend blooming. Excellent and long-lasting fresh-cut flowers!

Easily grown in average, dry to medium, well-drained soils in full sun. 'Alaska' or commonly named Shasta Daisy is a workhorse pollinator providing nutrients to our insect friends for the upcoming cool weather season.
