Geum x. 'Cocktails™ Mai Tai'

A part of the Cocktails™ series, this Geum produces a ruffled display of peach-yellow flowers fading to peach and then pink on darker branching stems. Expect blooms from late spring to early fall. The outward-facing ruffled flowers resemble small roses and are single to semi-double. Attractive wispy silvery seed heads will form if some spent flowers are left. 

Blooms can reach up to 16-18 inches high and should be trimmed when they start to fade to encourage re-blooming. Geum is a fast grower and fairly pest resistant. This variety is easy to grow in fertile well-draining soil in full sun to part shade.

Attractive to bees and butterflies while being deer resistant. The long bloom time makes these an excellent choice for the garden and to use as cut flowers.
