This mild flavored garlic has proven consistent yields of HUGE bulbs weighing up to 1lb. Elephant garlics are generally cold hardy, and prefer a cold period to produce bulbs. Bulbs are enormous, up to 4" wide and 3" long. They can be stored for up to 12 months if properly cured and kept in the right environment.

Perfect for use in many different culinary dishes.
