A close cousin of the rubber tree, Ficus 'Audrey' is an easy-to-grow, easy-to-care-for variety of ficus that will grow up to 6 feet indoors with minimal care of expertise. Also called the Asian council tree, its noted for its variegated green and cream foliage on its large, oval shaped waxy leaves.

Ficus Audrey is native to parts of Asia and some pacific islands. It was first discovered in 1826 by Dutch botanist Carl Ludwig Blume. Although native to Asia, its has become naturalized in parts of southern Florida, so you may see it growing in the wild there, and they can grow to almost 100 feet tall in the wild!
