Noted for its smaller stature, ‘Blue Hobbit’ produces an abundance of purplish-blue flower heads over silvery leaves that adds great texture to your garden. Heat and drought tolerant (once established) this is a very easy to care for perennial and is exceptionally good for cutting, fresh or dried. Commonly called 'sea holly', this compact thistle-like plant grows in various soil types from sandy to poor to well-drained.

Remove old stems to ground level in late fall or early spring.  Arrives to you in a gallon-sized pot.
