Commonly called Dwarf Larkspur.  A beloved and hard to find native perennial thats native to much of the eastern US. Enjoy small, bright blue flowers on delicate stems on top of lacy, deeply lobed foliage. Blooms in early spring, usually my late March or April.  Does best in shade with some dappled sun. Will not thrive in full sun.
