This beet variety feature delicious and juicy multi-colored beets that can be harvested in spring.  Beets are typically harvested when the tuberous roots reach 1.5-3" in diameter. Both the beets and its dark purplish-red young leaves are a great addition to salads because of their delicious raw flavor.  Roasting beets is also a fun way to eat them.
