This Bok Choi has been grown in Asia for centuries and is very versatile for cooking. Baby Bok Choi is a miniature variety that should be harvested when about 6-8" tall and no more than 2" around the base. It has thick green stems and glossy green leaves that are ideal for growing in containers.
Packed with nutrition and a great source of Vitamins A and C, this plant has a mild, tender flavor. Excellent in stir-fry or as a side dish that is sauteed or grilled.
