Symphyotrichum oblongifolium 'Raydon's Favorite'

'Raydon's Favorite' is one of the more commonly recognized varieties of Aster. Known for the frilly, daisy-like lavender petals on the late season blooms. Profusely blooms from late summer into fall.

Best planted in full-sun, this reliable perennial is easy to care for and adaptable to most well-draining soils. Drought, salt and poor soil tolerant. Extremely attractive to pollinators as it provides great late season food for birds, bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbit resistant as well.

Perfect for naturalizing in native pollinator gardens or for adding late season color in flower beds. Plant with Sedum, Pennisetum, Echinacea and Rudbeckia as companions in the garden.

Arrives to you in a quart sized pot.
