Juniperus virginiana

Eastern Red Cedar is a native evergreen cedar tree that commonly found around most of the United States. Its a common source for cedar wood for chests, closets and furniture. Mature trees grow to 50 feet tall, feature lush evergreen needles and an interesting red bark during the entire year.  In fall, email trees produce gray/blue berries that are very popular with birds.

Plant Eastern Red Cedar in a full sun area. Most soil types will accommodate this variety.  Tolerate of deer, drought, black walnuts, rocky soil and air pollution.


Arrives to you in a 2 gallon pot.
